My first seasonal exam was an important moment for me because it was my first time experiencing a proper exam environment with strict timing, preparation, and pressure. I was both excited and nervous because I wanted to perform well and prove my hard work. This seasonal exam helped me understand what real examinations feel like and how much discipline and preparation they require.
Preparation:
I made a proper study plan. First, I gathered all my notes, textbooks, and past papers. I divided each chapter according to topics and created a small timetable so I could study a little every day instead of rushing at the last moment.I also practiced past paper questions to improve my speed and accuracy. Whenever I got confused, I asked my teachers or classmates for help, this preparation gave me a lot of confidence before the exam
How I did :
I made sure to stay calm even though I was a bit nervous, during the exam, I read all the questions carefully before starting. I attempted the questions I knew first, so I could secure marks quickly and save time for the difficult ones. I managed my time by keeping an eye on the clock and dividing time according to the marks of each question.
Areas of improvement:
After completing all my exams, I realized there are a few areas where I need improvement. Firstly I need to work on my time management, because in some papers I felt rushed at the end. I also need to improve my writing speed so I can attempt all questions comfortably.
Overall experience
Overall, my first seasonal exam was a great learning experience. It taught me how to prepare properly, how to handle pressure, and how to manage my time in the exam hall. Even though I made some mistakes, I learned from them and now I know how to improve for the future. This experience has motivated me to study smarter, stay disciplined, and work harder for my next exams. I believe that with better preparation and more confidence.
